!!!only get the soulstealer if you are doing great (3-0-X)!!!
just spam your spear and try to hit as much squishy enemys you can if you are doing it right you will get a 2000 hit on a shaco. in late game you get a will of the ancients this will give ALLOT spell vamp on your spear this way you can trow a spear to the enemy and heal at the same time this way you can spam your own heal on allys.
Items
because in early game if your at bot or top lane you want your spears to do as much damage as possible so you just get some M.armor pen.
Runes
because it gives you allot ability power in early game and some Magic pen. so you can hit 200 in the beginning
