i call it non- hitler cause being a adc lucian main i hate people that get infinity edge. i despise it, loathe it cause there is so many other better items then ie on lucian. some people may say but pro's use it or its an optional straight damage item its just a bad item. i mean if you want dps get a zephyr, stakkic or a blade of the ruined king. if you want damage get bloodthirster, t-force, or essence reaver. i dont usually get it but its optional as i say in this guide
