Well, i think its too short, and not really well explained. No vote from me, i think it is one of your first guides.

Start is good, but it goes downhill from there. Where is the sighstone? Why get a banner of Command? Don't write an Intro if you don't want to give one. Saying Alistar's early game is what makes him unviable is kinda like saying that Vayne's midgame is her worst part: Almost totally wrong. Your rune explanations are bad. As are your mastery explanations. Clarvoyiance is a good summoner, but not for the reasons you list. Your Item section is awful. Your teamwork section is highly questionable. Your summary is absolute dog ****.

you have used good coding but the build and guide are bad

I play a lot of games with ali as supp and i think Clairvoyance< Exhaust, the build is very short and the items are bit wrong (mobility > ionian, Ruby Sightstone? but runic, locket and surelya are good)
