Ezreal
I hate this champion. That is the only reason it's here. Even if I'm absolutely stomping the enemy team's Ezreal, I still hate everything about playing against him. He's not even that big of a threat, this is just me venting my frustrations in a MobaFire guide.
Champion Build Guide
Domination + Precision:
Dark Harvest -> Taste of Blood -> Eyeball Collection -> Ultimate Hunter
-
Triumph -> Coup de Grace
Taste of Blood can be swapped for Cheap Shot. Ultimate Hunter can also be swapped out for Ravenous Hunter.
Triumph can be swapped for either Legend: Alacrity or Legend: Bloodline. If you're not too good with mana management then you can swap Triumph for Presence of Mind as well.
It's really just preference. What's important is the Dark Harvest.
Domination + Inspiration
Dark Harvest -> Taste of Blood -> Eyeball Collection -> Ultimate Hunter
-
Magical Footwear -> Biscuit Delivery
Once again, Taste of Blood can be swapped for Cheap Shot and Ultimate Hunter can also be swapped out for Ravenous Hunter. Biscuits let you stay in lane just a bit longer and the Slightly Magical Boots does save you a bit of gold and gives you a bit more movement speed which is always nice on Miss Fortune.
As for summoner spells, this is pretty self-explanatory. You'll want the basic Flash + Heal summoner spells. There may be a very rare occasion where you might take ignite.
Of course, you'll want to take the basic starting items for ADC's, Doran's Blade + Health Potion. Alternatively, if you're feeling a bit risky, you can swap out Doran's Blade for Longsword + Refillable Potion. I don't recommend this though unless you plan on absolutely stomping the opponent.
Your First Back (Maybe even Second?):
Lane until you have a minimum of 1,100 gold. If you’re doing super well, stay until 1,400. Obviously if you need to back sooner, do so. If you have extra gold, buy what you can buy like refillable potions, control wards, tier one boots, etc.
If you have 1,100 gold, purchase Serrated Dirk. If you have 1,400 gold, purchase B. F. Sword. Both of these items are huge early game AD spikes. You will see the difference in damage immediately. You’ll want to buy both of these items as soon as possible. Don’t build into a mythic or legendary. Don’t worry about boots. Just straight up build a Serrated Dirk and B.F. Sword. This gives you 70 extra AD and 10 lethality for way cheaper cost. To put that in perspective, Infinity Edge gives 70 AD at the cost of 3,400 Gold. With these two item components, you’re only spending 2,500 gold for the same amount of AD and you have a bit of lethality to be dangerous to the other team’s ADC. It’s super gold efficient. If you’re ridiculously behind, don’t purchase the B.F. Sword, instead just build into a mythic normally.
-
Duskblade of Draktharr -> Essence Reaver -> Collector -> Infinity Edge
This build leans more on the crit side of things with a tiny bit of lethality. Duskblade of Draktharr is amazing when paired with Dark Harvest and will help you greatly with damage. Essence Reaver is absolutely necessary to fix your mana problem and the sheen proc is amazing. With just sheen alone, you will be doing insane damage after you Q. Collector is perfect for you ult and Infinity Edge is there for the 70 AD and the passive. Sometimes you might want to take out Collector for something else though.
Bloodthirster (to stay in fights way longer. The overheal shield from the passive is great too)
-
Lord Dominik’s Regards (against tanks, this is a must-have item.)
-
Mortal Reminder (if you’re not able to one shot due to healing, you’ll obviously need anti-heal but if most of your team has anti-heal you won’t need this item.)
-
Stormrazor/Rapidfire Cannon (Getting energized stacks to one shot even harder is nice. Build either item based on preference.)
-
Mercurial Scimitar (for magic resist and to counter cc heavy opponents)
Yohmmu’s Ghostblade (More lethality and ability haste along with the movement speed passive/active? Yes please!)
-
Serylda’s Grudge (This item gives armor penetration too but the slow it gives your abilities on top of the pen allows you to just Q+Auto everyone to death. Anyone who’s squishy will die. Issue is, Lord Dominik's Regard exists and is just a better option 99.99% of the time for this build.)
-
Serpent’s Fang (an absolute must against teams that have a bunch of shielding. Without this item, have fun not doing damage to their health bars.)
Duskblade of Draktharr -> Boots of Ionian Lucidity -> Essence Reaver -> Collector
-> Infinity Edge -> Situational Item
Personally, I like to build into either Bloodthirster or Lord Dominik's Regards but any of the other items I've listed work too, especially if you need anti-heal, anti-shield, or MR+QSS.
Any support with lots of hard cc is awful to play against. I think this is just something everyone agrees on regardless of what champ you play. Leona is the main offender here though.
