Introduction
I KNOW ... what a noob... he didnt go full crit dmg or crit chance !!! Wait wait wait you meanies :p Like I said to me it's not about dealing insane damage ... I prefer to deal a little less dmg with parrrley BUT I can spam it and I have a good mana pool (not overdosed though) early mid game. So less going back to town + more ganking + more minion killing = more gold, xp and that's how you win a game I think : xp fast, gear fast, kill em fast and at the end finish with a very good QQ MORE ! Items with ArP are hard to find ingame and pretty useless for GP cuz you want crit/dmg/lifesteal so thats why I went with ArP runes instead of crit since all gear except bloodthrister give crit dmg. Spamming of parrrley is helped by cooldown reduc runes. Great for harassing squishy players early game even more with a player that has clarity (hint) all you need to do is hit and run hit and run but dont get stoopid and greedy or youll get whooped. Now comes the mana regen runes ... well its all connected to the parrrley again! You got a gun ... mana is the ammo ... go out of ammo youre fried chicken homeboy!
Last but not least, every good pirate needs a little crit runes so I went with 3 greater quints of malice >XD

Now the fun part :s I'll make it quick here cuz this could take forever ! You need cripple
for the longer exhaust because it never lasts long enough.Sorcery to reduce cooldowns some more. I didnt go with Archaic knowledge because now parrrley deals physical dmg, magical dmg is gone so it's just pointsless. The rest of Offense is quite simple so let hit utility. Haste, well just because sometimes a pirate has to grab his land legs and run like hell so that's a must and I don't get heal because remove scurvy will heal well but only if you play safe and smart (remember the cooldown reduc and mana pool ...
that's were you will love to heal yourself and remove that annoying ryze snare(and more often) before he can land a big hit :D). Awareness, like I said xp faster deal more dmg this is monkey maths and Greed well, some extra gold will be really nice added to the 2 avarice and philosopher's stone because I find this build quite expensive but midgame/endgame ... it's all worth it!

For the items I will not talk about the ones in this build because the stats above says it all !
But I would maybe offer your other options depending on who youre playing against. Black cleaver goes well with ArP runes against tuff or heavy armored opponents. Frozen mallet if you got fast ennemies you need to slow down, +700 hp too and you could even replace a phantom dancer to lose attack speed and movement to buy Executionner's calling wich gives crit, lifesteal (nice with bloodthrister),4 dps for 8 sec and finally 50% reduced healing and regen for 8 sec 20 sec cooldown. Just pick the right items for the right situation and youre good to go!

Only thing I have to say here is that I save raise morale for end game when I dont need minions to destroy towers, that's why I keep my focus on parrrley, remove scurvy and cannon barrage. End game switch between ghostblade's activate and raise morale to get boosts almost constantly to bring left towers down and push in base ... works great and improved movement makes it great to reach or leave dangerous zones. Mix that up with baron's boost and youre a BEAST,Ive heard opponents say that a few times now lol!
Depending on the skill lvl of your team, you could often end up playing like a ''tank'' because I often see tanks hiding behind me waitng for me to hurt them real good, kill steal me and/or watch me die ... my advice is : give em no other options but to be what they are(tanks, dps ...). Again, do hit and runs. hide behind allies. Fall back when needed and dont play like youre tarzan and the ennemy is cheetah too much or most people will end up calling you meat shield and say thx for the kill while you watch your assists going up and up and up and the numbers of deaths you get too! Picking your victims is really important! Go for the squishy ones first ... they deal good dmg, even if you die in the process, your team will be greatful. Last advice I can give is the best one I think and this one might ensure that you play GP right, youre a pirate, think like a pirate and act like a pirate ;)
