This is my build for Nidalee. Read through and try it for yourselves.

First of all, you need to learn to keep 8 stacks on your Guinsoo's Rageblade at all times. It gives you better heals, spears, and everything in cougar. Set down traps all the time. Save mana for your heal if you need it early game.

Nashor's Tooth and CD boots for max CDR and some other nice stats. Guinsoo's Rageblade for attack speed, damage, and AP. Next you can either get Guardian Angel or Banshee Veil...up to you but get both next. From here take your pick from any item you want. I personally like Tri Force or Gunblade.

Pretty simple. Offense for exhaust and magic pen. Utility Tree is pretty helpful as well.

Not sure if you can put points that fast into skills. But I think you get the point of what to max first.

Well the reds help her damage. The yellows and blue help her survive. And the purples help with her mana hunger. I don't own the purples, but what I suspect might be good on her.

Many people say Nidalee sucks now because they nerfed her heal. I say the old heal was op and needed a nerf. You can still do very well with the current ratio she has. Besides, with this build her pounce is .6 seconds quicker than before. I think they decreased her spear cd by a second too or something. :)
