My Fizz guide, prevents my personal build for fizz.
you can - and you should play as you need according to your opponents.
Fizz is one of the champions I like in LoL, and the guide was a pleasure to me to build it.

Fizz is an ability champion in LoL, with amazing skills - especially his ultimate.
you dont have to follow exactly according to the guide - its just an advice :)

For Fizz runes, I choose 4.95 Quint', 0.60 ap seals, 0.17 ap per lvl glyph's and magic penetration marks.
This runes build allow me to reach to alot of ap in the late game, and still be strong in the late, even if there is more than 1 tank in the Enemy's team.

For masteries, I go 21-0-9, full ap in the offense, and Mp per lvl Utilities.
Those help me survive against a hard mid without recall often.
In addition, Fizz do the Blue buff any time he can - so his ulti will be reduced cooldown and the duration from masteries will be higher.

Urchin strike is the beginning of fizz Combo. it helps fizz to reach his target from distance, and doing a really nice damage.

Seastone trident is the farming skill of fizz. It makes the target after dmg for 3 seconds (passive).
The active of Seastone trident is the magic dmg bonus to basic attacks.

Playful / Trickster is the main skill of fizz.
1 click makes fizz jump and land after 2 seconds making ap dmg.
2 click make fizz land immidietly and slow the target with bonus damage.
it can go over walls, and make fizz dodge for the duration (includes turrets hit).

Fizz ultimate is Chum The Waters. Fizz strikes a fish, if the fish hits the target - the target gets slowed for 2 seconds and knock in the air recieve a very strong dmg. It has a real low cooldown and high range.

For summoner spells I take Ignite and Ghost, makes me fast enough to chase targets and gives me a real nice true damage from Ignite.

For farm, fizz should use his W and E, and play deffensive in the most of the cases against midders.
Should take last hit on minions and do Blue buff any time you can.
