I only pop it when I know I can get a kill or help a team mate out. If you use it at 18 and ult, you are gettin 59.65 AD. If it is 1v1 and you kill them, you pop Bloodlust to heal back up.

Lol that is true but i did say it was great for a more defensive getaway tactic if you get what i am trying to say.
