Why BoRK into BC?
Long story short - Practice Tool proves that BoRK is THE maxDmg 1st Item on Pantheon. It doesn't even matter wich champion he faces.
BoRK is missing some utility though, therefore and because BC is a great item on Pantheon it is build 2nd item. This item duet not only deals maxDmg @15-20min, it even scales well into the 30min game.
Pantheon's kit wants to deal maxDmg, wait for cooldowns and repeat.
This can be done in two ways:
1. Oneshot first target and E out. (Duskblade)
2. Build resistences to survive to next spell rotation. (GA Rush)
If were talking maxDmg I mean:
vs Tanks - AA > AA > AA (PTA) > empow W (BC full stacked) > AA > E tab > empow Q
vs nonTank - empow W (PTA) > AA > E tab > Q is enough to kill
