No health items means you're setting yourself up to be destroyed, one simple snare or stun and you're dead. I suggest Frozen Mallet, it really gets the job done and prevents enemies from running away in between stuns.

I approve of your summoner spell choices. Since Pantheon doesn't have any outs Exhaust and Ghost allow you to escape at crucial moments as well as securing kills.

From my experience I have found that Armor Penetration Marks and Quintessences are the way to go. They increase your damage output tremendously, both early and end game.
