Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Hey Mobafire fans and welcome to my Pantheon guide. First of all i'd like to thank you all for supporting my guide & helping to improve this guide to the limit.
It's worth mentioning that this is my first guide so suggestions/opinions/critics are always on table.
This guide will be daily updated
As any champion in League Of Legends, Pantheon has some very strong advantages and disadvantages. Knowing them is very important part that can separate win from defeat
-Fun to play
-Build-in teleport with dmg
-Very strong early game
-Great team-based champion
-Very team dependant
-Thirsty of mana
-Grand Skyfall requires practice
-Kill or get killed
The runes are one of best advantages if you choose them correctly.
My personal best options are:
Greater Mark of Lethality
Greater Seal of Armor
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist
Greater Quintessence of Lethality
Greater Mark of Desolation These runes are absolutely fantastic! They are really awesome bonus damage through whole game, from early to late game.
Greater Seal of Resilience Definitely a must have to counter attack damage oriented champions, as most solo top champions are.
Greater Glyph of Shielding As a true bruiser you must be able to withstand the damage inflicted on you. And as you will face a blend of damage types, so must your runes develop around that fact.
Greater Quintessence of Desolation Same as Marks, fantastic marks with great bonus damage
Skills & skill sequence
After attacking or casting spells 4 times, Pantheon will block the next normal attack that deals more than 40 damage to him.
Pantheons passive provides protection against high impact hits. It doesn't block spell based abilities.
Life saving passive. Big advantage if you're encountered or attacking enemy champion if it's triggered.
Pantheon hurls his spear at an opponent, dealing 65 / 105 / 145 / 185 / 225 + 140% of his bonus attack in physical damage. If Heartseeker Strike has been leveled up once, Spear Shot will deal 150% damage against opponents whose current health is below 15% of their max health.
Your main damage skill in early game and also good poke skill.
Aegis of Zeonia
Pantheon leaps at the target enemy champion and deals 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 (+100% of ability power) magic damage and stuns them for 1 second. Pantheon also instantly refreshes his Aegis Protection.
Great skill for ganking and runaways. It jumps on enemy from small distance and does 1 second stun & also triggers your passive shield.
Passive: Pantheon gains 100% critical strike chance against targets below 15% of their max health.
Active: Pantheon channels for 0.75 seconds and deals 3 swift strikes in a cone in front of him. Each strike deals 13 / 23 / 33 / 43 / 53 (+60% bonus attack damage) physical damage, and they deal double damage to champions.
This is most powerful skill it's when maximized. Combining with Aegis of Zeonia can be devastating.
Pantheon gathers his strength channeling for 2 seconds and then leaps high in to the air, crashing down at the target area 1.5 seconds later. Deals 400 / 700 / 1000 (+100% of ability power) magic damage to units at the center (down to 50% at the edge) and slows them by 35% for 1 second. If the channeling is cancelled, the cooldown is reduced to 10 seconds. Ignores spell immunity buffs (like Morgana's Black Shield).
Godly skill. Great for ganking and group massacre, but you have to keep in mind that pantheon needs 3,5seconds for a jump to your target. It is really easy to fail, but practice is the key to success.
PS: closer that enemies are to core of Skyfall more damage you deal.
Most effective sequence at early game is: spear shot > aegis of zeonia > heartseeker strike > spear shot
> > >
Ulti sequence (hitting into core): grand skyfall > spear shot > aegis of zeonia > heartseeker strike > spear shot
> > > >
Ulti sequence #2 (hitting with edge of radius): grand skyfall > aegis of zeonia > heartseeker strike > spear shot
> > >
Pantheon is side line champion, prefered on TOP line. In early game Pantheons job is to poke their enemies and force them to fall back. For that you will need which will recover your hp that u lost while you're poking. For poke u need to learn & upgrade it to maxi as fast as possible. Always focus on weakest enemies and don't waste your mana on those that can recover his HP. By the time you rich MID game you should already have and
now is the time you should start building on damage like and , than your killing spree's are about to get wild. It's crucial for mid game to wait for perfect timing to strike and take as many kills as possible to finish and perhaps even if you're fed.
Sight Ward is very important item against gankers. It can save your life multiple times
If you manage to put wards like this there is no way you can possibly get ganked
Here are some of my scores from 13.9.2012 with this build ^^
Remember that I'm still not lvl30 with full runes & still in lack of experience
This build is way far away from finished. Build will be updated and upgraded from day to day so please, be supportive, give opinions, critics and we'll make it better togather. And of course THUMB UP :)
