After you build your first item you will give not only yourself enough movement speed to dodge all the new threats in season 14.1, but you will also give your allies movement speed. With this build you will gain hp on hits which gives you more sustain and after you get lucidity boots you should be in the point of the game where you can outrun most threats and dodge most abilities.
