Play Fizz passively against many enemys and hardly offensive against 1 or 2 enemys.

Manareg for long lanestays (mostly in mid) and AP/Magic Pen for more dmg with every spell and the trident dot.

Hihest possible dmg output and some def to stay alive longer.

The itembuild combines AP and CD with massive atk speed to take out most of Seastone Tridents dmg.

Madred´s Bloodrazor is an assisting item to the already existing percentual life dmg of Seastone Trident.

Clarity is used to suprise the enemy by regaining mana or to get the missing mana for jumping out a bad situation and can make you cast mich more while a long chasing teamfight.

Ignite is a good dmg add as usual and combined with the dot of activated Seastone Trident it can tick much life away and ensure the opponents death.

Also ignite should be used wise but often at start to gain some more ability power.

Most important for the start is to reduce the cooldown and maximize the slow of Playful/Trickster.

Right after that you focus on yout Seastone Trident to gain your real damage potential.

Urchin Strike is just needed to chase enemys or trick them if they chase you. Skill it up later.

Ultimate is skilled everytime its possible as usual.

This Setup is specialized for fast focussed attacks to kill an enemy in 1 or 2 seconds and get out after that.

Also it can be useful to open a teamfight or suprise a single enemy by throwing ultimate through a wall and jump right after it.

Never forget, Tanks cant scare you at all... Fizz got the biggest percentual Life Burst of the game by this Setup and will take a tank down in some seconds.

You always have to be passive, cause in this Setup Fizz will die REALLY fast so you have to be suprising, fast and away before a reaction can come.
