The goal of this build is to be able to do constant damage to the enemy carry/support to force them out of lane and deny them experience/gold. You're able to do this through the regeneration of Philosophers/Eleisa's along with the Chalice/Grail.

Because this build follows the standard two-GP10 opening, you'll still be able to afford constant wards for your lane's protection.
