I agree with Madreds with the addition that I dont think just mpen shoes and marks are enough on an AP Assassin. Especially if you are doing well you are gonna see them build MR. Need an at least. Its a great early item on Diana. Core IMO.

I don't know is this ment to be a "troll" guide or you are honestly level 20, rabadon's do not stack, rylais is bad 1st item on almost every AP, Warmog's on AP mid?
your runes are 1 big mess.
If you don't know how to actually build a champion, what are good runes, can't tell WHY 21/0/9 (the most traditional) masteries over defensive ones Etc, sorry but downvoted.
