You better not try to 1v1 Draven if he's ahead. He will 2-shot you as soon as he see's you. Don't try trading with him in lane unless he doesn't have his axes up. VERY HARD.

Amazing support, helps increase your damage and saves from lots of burst. I love Lulu's

Hello! My name is Coraige, I have 2 accounts in Platinum right now. Click here for main account, and here for smurf.
My highest peak so far is Platinum 1 100LP, but then I lost my promos and am currently at Platinum 2 x)
Night Hunter: gives Vayne 30 extra movement speed while moving towards enemy champions. Use this to chase/kite enemies or dodge skill shots while in lane. REMEMBER: You don't get the extra passive bonus while running away from champions. That would be broken as hell if you did.
Tumble: This is Vayne's auto attack reset mechanic in the early game, and your kiting mechanic in the late game. It empowers your next auto attack to do 50%/55%/60%/65%/70% AD.
You're going to want to max out Tumble after Silver Bolts and before Condemn.
- Auto Attack> Tumble> Auto Attack for lane harass. This procs your Silver Bolts 3rd shot to do tons of damage. Kappa.
- Tumble to dodge opponent skill shots of to get in position for a good Condemn. Don't spam this ability in lane or you'll get out of mana quickly.
Silver Bolts: This is your tank shredding skill. Every third auto attack (second with Guinsoo's Rageblade stacked), you deal 4%/6.5%/9%/11.5%/14% of the targets maximum health as TRUE DAMAGE! This damage capped at 200 damage vs monsters. But we don't really care about that. 14% TRUE DAMAGE. AT LEVEL 9. This is why we max this first, its literally insane not to.
You're going to want to max out Silver Bolts before any other ability since it increases your damage drastically. You can max Tumble first for the extra stealth duration early on, but that makes Vayne's weak laning phase even weaker. Just do Silver Bolts man.
Tips and Tricks- Auto Attack > Tumble > Condemn for a quick trade that does a lot of damage.
- Condemn procs your Silver Bolts so don't be afraid to Condemn away that really low health enemy that has 2 stacks of silver bolts for the kill. You will probably get the kill if you're maxing Silver Bolts first.
- Silver Bolts can only be applied to 1 target at a time. If you auto attack a Champion twice then auto attack a minion, you will need to attack that champion again 3 times in order to proc your Silver Bolts.
Condemn: This ability is your primary disengage tool/burst tool. It acts as a disengage when you pin someone into a wall and run, or when you throw them away. Burst tool as in you stun them into the wall then unload your full damage combo on them. Condemn does double damage when an enemy is condemned into a wall so try doing that in 1v1's.
You're going to want to max out Condemn last as it doesn't do that much damage and is on a really high cool down compared to your other skills.
Tips and Tricks- Try to always Condemn your enemies into walls for that extra bit of damage, and if you're fleeing don't hesitate to Condemn them away.
- Condemning then Flashing right away can sometimes change the tide of a fight. Flashing while condemn is mid air allows you to change the direction of where the target will be flung at. Kind of like a Lee Sin in-sec. Go and YouTube search Vayne Insec for more information.
Final Hour: this is your damage steroid and your stealth mechanic. It gives you bonus Attack Damage AND halves your Tumble's cool down when you activate it so don't hesitate activating it while in the middle of a fight. Also, it triple the bonus movement speed given from Night Hunter so it helps with the chasing!
You're going to want to max out Final Hour as soon as you can (Levels 6/11/16) for maximum damage output.
Tips and Tricks- Final Hour into Tumble to activate your stealth mechanic.
Q: Okay so, Coraige, what summoner spells should I take on Vayne? |
// Flash is a must on any Marksman to run away from those high burst annoying assassins or to get off that last auto attack needed for first blood in lane. Pretty much your free "Out of Jail" card. Normally, you should take Heal for that burst of HP back. It also gives a bit more movement speed for a little while, helps with escaping/securing that last hit on the escaping Caitlyn. Unless your Support has Heal, you should NEVER take Barrier. It's just so much better. If for some reason you're Top Lane Vayne (Which is viable by the way, don't try it if you're new though.) you would want to get the Flash Teleport Summoner Spell combo to come back to lane quicker. |
Never take early game fights without having your Silver Bolts, Tumble and Condemn. Unless you have a huge advantage (which is pretty unlikely), you will lose trades without those skills.
If you're behind and your tower is gone, tell your support to leave lane and help the team while you farm. You will get more lane EXP while your support is gone, and always try to freeze the wave at your tower.
At mid game, always aim to have your combo as soon as possible for the most amount of damage.
BARON THROWS GAMES. Never go for a Baron unless the enemy team has 3 or more dead people, pushing waves of super minions or if you have such a huge lead getting or losing baron wouldn't matter.
As Vayne, you should try to stay in the back until the enemy team blows their spells on other team members. Don't just foolishly run at their team, EVEN if you have a huge lead. It could get you killed, and worse, possibly aced just because of you.
In team fights, you should focus the closest enemy to you. Normally, that would be the enemy tank/assassin. Teamfights are normally won by killing the enemy's tanks first, then the damage dealers. Unless you can kill the damage dealers quickly, and getting out safely, don't risk doing it.
Thanks to jhoijhoi's guide to making a guide. It helped me tons.
