Quick Concept
Congrats, you're playing Pyke, a tanky, dummy high damage, dummy high mobility assassin that doesn't stop at just one dead enemy. You can harass your own lane well enough, but have I mentioned that you can just go to other lanes too? You'll be 10-0 with 2k damage done in no time.
Are you tired of getting ganked? Forget it! Your W-E combo can get you from their turret to your base practically, within .5 seconds. Noone can catch you and if they do its your fault, or a VI ult, and you should be getting that kill anyway.
Your combos are as follows:
Q-E-Ravenous hydra-R
For the most part, any ADC or low health champ will only need the combo above to bring them to ultable ranges. The hydra is critical to getting your electrocute to proc,so I hope you're used to using those active items.
Subsequently: E-Q-Hydra-R
This is if you think landing your Q might be difficult, because of minions or otherwise. Works just as well, as long as you're far away enough from tower to get your full combo off.

Early Lane
If Against Range/Mage: Last hit only for a while, you can take a beating by going in, getting a last hit, and backing off. Your passive will help you stay in lane way longer than you expect to, just remember to use it. Try to avoid CSing with your Q, you need that for slapping your enemies, and it's one of your main forms of harassment. Once you have Tiamat you'll be CSing with the pros, so get back in there champ and make up that deficit you're guaranteed to have.
If against melee: Congrats, you've won lane. Use your Q/E to harass, pull them under tower as often as possible. One of my favorite tricks is to start Q, flash through minions, pull them under tower, and E back under to force them to take a few tower shots. I'd say 80% of my first kills in a lane is from this maneuver.

Late game
Your roaming and dive potential have made late game a thing of the past, forget it.
However if you do get into super late game you'll fall off, stay on the outskirts of fights and use your ult the way God intended.
