The basic gist of this build is to farm Q as fast as possible. Depending on the enemy team, the last 4 items (black cleaver, banshees, frozen heart and bloodthirster) are interchangeable. Every kill with Q counts, that includes the jungle. Go wait for Q to pop up again for last hits (in jungle)instead of last hitting with auto attack.
