I will explain this build as simply as possible:
The main taking point is Movement Speed, Q refresh and survivability. Rageblade, wits end and bork are more than enough for your dps to skyrocket. As long as you stay at max range and utilize your movement speed adv. + mechanics you are unstoppable. Your job is to scale and dominate, this build is late game oriented. You reach a point where your team is irrelevant, you can hypercarry. THE ONLY LIMIT IS YOUR SKILL.

Step 1: Farm. Do not miss Cs. Deny enemy as much cs as possible without overextending.
The usual vayne top.
Get Vampiric if you are in a tougher matchup.
Step 2: Once you get Shojin and rageblade you become a monster. Kite and Kill.
Step 3: Destroy the Tier I top tower. Pink(Control) wards are your friends.
Step 4: Use your team as a meatshield, they do not matter, get as many kills as possible. Trade 1 for 1 whenever you can(unless you are full build)
Step 5: Once you are full build, do not use your q and e to engage, wait for them to hyperfocus you, disengage, (Always wait out your max invis duration) and then right click the closest thing to you.
Step 6: Get baron and end the game.
