This build is one that works the best on Twisted Treeline (3v3). This build can generally get you to around 3k HP at level 18, and with the Atma's Impaler gives you a nice damage boost. This build costs very little to get, so it is generally used to win as fast as possible. If you have money leftover and the game is not done, there are a couple things you can do.
1. Sell some of the Doran's Blades. The best items to replace them are Bloodthirster, Warmogs, and Frozen Mallet.
2. Buy Elixers to give you the advantage needed to finish the game. This costs considerably less than Bloodthirsters and Warmogs.
3. Buy Wards and Oracles. In 3v3 matches, map control is incredibly important, and can lead to a swift victory. Depending on the situation (i.e. other team has stealth champions, traps, or wards) an Oracle Elixer can greatly aid your team in claiming victory. This option is also much cheaper than the previous two.

So in the end, this build works great for 3v3 because you are able to get a full build earlier than the other team. Your masteries help you achieve this, and you will generally be able to finish the game before you even have a chance to start replacing your Doran's Blades. You will find yourself much more powerful than the memebers of the enemy team, and you will have enough money to either upgrade your equipment or assist your team in taking the victory.
