I've made some changes to my mastery page. I tried it out and I found out that it gives you some early game survivability but slows down your jungle and your early game effectiveness. I found that the odd 27/3/0 masteries actually works quite well. Please tell me if you think otherwise.

i like this build but i think you can change some points in your masteries , i think a 21/9/0 setup would be more usefull on ad sion (3% lifesteal in jungle is useless and the 10 extra damage too imo ; you also don't need to point in improve summomner spell in offense because you don't have any offensive summoner spell). if you do this you will be able to get the extra helth in defensive tree.

I also like to get MR/lvl glyphs on my ad champs but AS seems fine.

improve the layout, but +1 for the not-braindead-sion-build. i know this works well and i like it ;)

Yikes, wall o' text OP. Might want to think about breaking those sections up into shorter paragraphs. Pictures, lists, thumbnails, etc. also help to add space and improve appearance. As for the content, I'd stay away from secondary runes (such as mp5 or AS glyphs), and you might want to consider adding some survivability into the build. Even with Sion's ridiculous lifesteal you're not going to last long in a teamfight with those items when the enemy team bursts you down before you can land a hit.
