very concise and well-explained guide. i agree w/ everything. however, you're missing your sixth item. maybe some MRes, like 
Force of Nature, would help against any enemy casters, and enemy DPS's w/ Madred's Bloodrazor. another plus is that it grants you another +8% movement speed to add to the +15% MS from Phantom Dancer.
