You take TP-Flash every game since roaming is your win-condition.
Get your passive-stacks as fast as possible through tp ganks.
These stacks + more gold and exp you get by using TP to lane are worth more than a Ghost/Ignite/Exhaust.
Masterie
Always take these masteries. the one variation you can choose is taking Stormraiders instead of Thunderlords to get more chase, kite and stick potention for the matchups you need it in.
Matchups
Against all opponents you do a jump-q-auto trade against them on lv 1 before attacking minions since you want to push only as much as you have to. after that build fero with q in bush and keep them with jumping a minion. With full fero you combo-trade your opponent and repeat the process.
A hint: dont rely all too much on autoattacks. you have CDR runes masteries and items to get to full CDR as fast as possible to ult as often as possible and chain abilitys. Autoattacks are just something you do between spells and if they run away you dont do them but wait for abilitys again.
