If Jungling:
Start off at wolves, with you getting the first hit (leashing for yourself), someone else doing damage to hurry up the process (make sure you get the last hit on all of them). Then get someone (or two) to leash and then damage blue for you, use smite to pick up the kill. Then move to wraiths, then wolves again, then red. Then gank any lanes who need/want it, continue this process till only buffs are needed.
