Personally I don't find it annoying, but I'll just add that into cons.

Your example is highly specific, but I'll still add that in, cause people may not know that they can cancel channels before flashing.
I'll add that in but basically the alternatives for marks are kinda like "you can't afford armor marks" IMO.

If you leave Targpn's Brave and use mikaels to settle your mana problems then it kinda goes against my
Taken from lolwiki"This item's active will not stack. More than one ally using this item will only refresh the shield on nearby allies." So it means that shield will refresh and kinky shield for 50% so you're not exactly 100% correct. Passive only applies twice on wielded on this item so 2 Locket isn't optimal at all.
GA is extremely situational and obviously not optimal. I added that in cause people like to buy GA randomly(it's in the situational section for a reason) and it's not a terrible idea into the late late game.

Sounds better in theory but but Blotzcrank is generally better with cait except for that one bit. With a lot of experience I know how these 2 will synergism wkth B
I didn't, but he needs around lvl 11 for his burst to start becoming much heavier. And by then laning phase is probably coming to an end.
It's already there.
