This isn't a Ranked build. Atleast not in it's current state. I've only played like, 30 Ryze ADC games so far. I got mixed results, but one thing's for sure, it's fun.
I don't know what the best supp is for Ryze. The most successful ones for me have been Alistar and Soraka. Just get somebody that can root, or knock up, or knock back an enemy, and bully your lane.
Incase it ain't clear, this is too underused to have a good idea about how to build him.
Just do something that makes sense.
