Welcome to this basic build on Ryze were i will be showing you rotation on moves for max Dps in beginning and end game. I know reading these is annoying but i assure you keep these tips in mind and you will be pulling the best Burst damage on your team.

Quintessence:

i Chose the mana ones for beginning gank Ryze's "Q" bases off of mana and AP so i try to build mana first for that beginning game damage. You can replace these with AP Runes but the build does not intend for this.

Mark:

i chose these for you to bypass that base Magic resist for more damage beginning game, AGAIN! :D

Seal:

These are for more mana end game and a little begining now it might help if you just get Flat Mana runes but i prefer Over time.

Glyph:

The Seal runes i have chose will help you put those spells out faster and faster.

Um not really sure on the new mastery tree but its the best i can do for now. if you come up with a better mastery tree. Please comment.

I made you pick a lot of mana, Health, AP, and Cooldown Reduction because thats Ryze for you.
