Spells:
Ghost
Teleport
Ability Order
Arcane Mastery (PASSIVE)
Ryze Passive Ability
Ryze:The Way Of Mana And AP
Ryze Rune Prision skill and Overload skill are busy to mana and Ability Power (AP).
So part of the build is mana.
Ryze Spell Flux skill are busy to Ability Power (Is good to kill minions).
So part of the built too is AP.

Summoner Spells
Ghost:Use to go more quickly to the enemies, when you want snare or cast a skill to kill the enemie.But you no use ghost only to this, use to escape with low health (Or when the enemies gank in you).
Teleport:Use to teleport in your towers to defend they (Or to destroy if is enemie towers)
