I'm playing league of legends for fun so I'm dont playing ranked games because there are people who play this game seriously. I'm try to show my build. I'm not try show you how to play rengar. you can lose your match because this build show you how to delete Squishies not how to win with rengar. So i'm ignored the tanks.

Sorcery: it boost your abilities damage.

Double Edged Sword : boost your damage.

Natural Talent : more damage.

Bounty Hunter : collect score and boost your damage.

Wanderer : speed is always good but you can select savagery to clear camps easily

Assassin : be assasin taste their fear.

Meditation : if you need more mana.

Dangerous Game : good for 1v2 but if you need more gold select bandit

Precision: for more damage

Thunderlord's Decree : more more more damage boost this mastery with Natural Talent .

I think Last Whisper is useless.Just good for vs tank and vs soraka, sona etc.
