This is a good item for all adc's because it gives you a mix of HP Damage and lifesteal, which gives you alot of sustain so you can stay longer.
You need farm as Draven so this is a good item.
You always go this at lvl 9.

The most used summoner spell in league, almost everyone uses it.
You need this to survive duels heal your support and yourself. Very useful.
You can often outplay your enemies / baiting their ignite and so, this is like adding a free giant's belt for no gold. It's off meta tho.
Cleanse is really good against cc, i usually take this against Veigar, Annie, Lux. If you are getting stunned by annie just cleanse, cya nerds.
Sometimes you need that extra damage right? Ignite is a good choice if so. but if your support is using ignite it's not that good if you also go with that.
When against assasins like them you can go exhaust, if your support is not.

TIP #1 Ult minions if you're not at lane or if there is a big wave even when you're in lane.
TIP #2 E them when they are getting near.
TIP #3 Try to always pick up your axe / axes.
TIP #4 Do not die unessecary, you will need that extra 1k G from the kill you will get.

Miss fortune is just a lane bully to almost all adcs right now.
if you get trapped you're completly dead. that's it..
Kalista can kite you easily.
