Please keep in mind, that this guide may not be updated for the current state of game. The build (current v6.24)

+ Strong Early Game
+ Strong Burst
+ Strong Ganking
+ High Mobility (Good Follow Up + Escape)
+ Works good in nearly every teamcomp
+ Playmaker (especially good for SoloQ)

+ - Weak Late Game(with this build, 70% of the time he dont get week) (

- Hard to master
- Not much AoE
- No farming machine
- No escape when u get out of wards in the trinket

How do I know which boots I need?

GetMercury's Treads for MR and even more important for Tenacity. Don't forget: Tenacity doesn't affect Knockups!
Get Ninja Tabis against AD heavy comps and champions depending on AA (e.g. Vayne, Draven)
Get Boots of Swiftness as they are cheap and fast. Also they are effective against slows, even more than Mercs.
Get Ionian Boots of Lucidity when your build doesn't grant much cdr.
Get Boots of Mobility to achieve map pressure and even more snowballing potential.
