Because Taric's E and R has a time before going invulnerable or stunning someone. So the enemies has a time reaction before you could stun them. And if you are playing support. You must know if your Adc is picking something like Tristana, Kalista, anything with mobility. Which is a good combo with Taric. That is all that I can suggest. Hope it helps a lot. :)
