First Strike Best keystone for Syndra, basically like electrocute but it's gives you gold!. Good for bursting mid game and snowballing with gold


Magical Footwear Really good on Syndra boots are not that important early and the extra 300 gold and movement speed it gives let's you snowball your mythic faster


Minion Dematerializer Use one on each type of minion, allows you to one shot the casters with W > Q earlier. Can save cannon dematf or when you need to back or to shove a wave fast

Cosmic Insight Actually a really good rune on Syndra allows you to have flash more often (your only escape tool) and teleport for laning phase. Also gives you more luden procs which can really add up.



Transcendence Strong rune on Syndra, lowers your somewhat long cooldowns and gives you more R's throughout the game.


Gathering Storm Scales mid game and allow for easier one shots.

Early game is completely depends on matchup, vs a fizz or all in champion you DO NOT TOUCH THE WAVE. Just play very safe and poke with just w>q and try to save E for all ins and jungle ganks just looking for first strike gold.

Vs easier matchups and non aggresive enemy jungler's you can either shove the wave and look to make plays with jungler or freeze wave and zone enemy laner with W > Q saving E for jungle ganks.

First back try to buy Lost Chapter and tp back right away, 2nd back time to have mythic finished then tp back with 2nd one and you'll be set for mid game picks

Most important of all wise words from faker - "don't feed"

Mid game you really want to look for picks with your W > Q > E > R combo. Usually your bot will be mid and the enemy bot will be also you can hover around looking for a stun and a pick. Pick up side waves if you have to though keeping up in CS is important especially if you have TP. Syndra really shines in the late game with full magic pen you can one shot most champions if you combo correctly you hitting your stun will be very important so get used to hitting it.

Syndra might seem easy on surfance (insert point and click R memes) But she actually has a really large learning curve and will take a lot of games to be consistent and not int. Don't be discouraged if you don't get the hang out of her it will take hundreds of games to truly master her.

Big tip I found is if you save your abilites and just keep autoing the enemy laner they will keep trying to side step expecting your abilites but if you just wait until they give up and start walking in a straight line you can hit your abilities more reliably and also get a bunch of auto attacks off.
