I'd like to post a comment saying thanks to everyone who commented on the guide, shared their success, and gave construction criticism. It's been a long run for me and Janna but I'm heavily satisfied with how it has turned out.

Despite the constant changes in the game, including the meta, I've been able to tweek my build and play-style to work effectively.

I guarantee there will be more tweaking for Season 3 and beyond but for now, this should work well.

you could use scaling CDR blues but I'd rather go with flat since I find I need the CDR more early, than I do late. Flat CDR runes are fantastic for a number of roles, not just support Janna so they are definitely worth getting! Took me a long time myself to get there but it has more than paid off.

I'm just sooooo unsure if I want to buy runes that cost 820 ip each. That's like 7k ip just for blues O_O

@albableat I'm glad to see you've been able to pick up on the build so quickly! It seems you've understood the playstyle I was explaining, nice! It's really hard to explain my style of Janna through just words, I've been waiting to play her again in Ranked (have had to pick Sona lately to counter) so I could get a commentary up to explain further, but again nice work!

@Panglot I appreciate your honesty and your thoughts about the build. I've went ahead and added your concerns to the FAQ, please refer to there to see my response to those concerns, thanks for your professionalism in the matter :)

Oh, and the place I use my build the most is premade 5's, not solo queue (which I rarely play) or normals - I'm not allowed to play Janna in normals as it is comparable as being a Gold ELO nuke playing with level 1's - kind of an ******* move. If I do play Janna in normals (rare), I usually try out some new builds :)

The guide is nicely written. I like your explanations and how much effort you putted into writing this guide.
But! I dont really like the whole idea. Sry to say it because you really putted a lot of effort but I dont really like how you roll with Janna. In ranked solo queue or maybe normals there wont be big problem but... Your cores look cheap but the items your recommend are too expensive. Rod of Ages doesnt really work on Janna because she cant rush it and if she takes it, its gonna be too late to stack it.
Mobility Boots. You are not that dependent of speed. You are dependent of the team.
I dont like also going down in the offense tree for the CD reduction and the CD reduce runes. Instead of Mobility Boots you can go ionian's boots of lucidity for CDR. Also all support items give tons of CDR. And because you take CDR of the items you dont need to spend mastery and rune slots for it.
What I didnt like is the roaming part. The Roaming is long gone in LoL. If you start to roam before the bottom tower is gone you will leave your carry opened and it can be denied. Well placed wards will shut down your roaming and you are not going to do anything.
You say pick Janna if you need hard CC. I say pick Alistar if you need hard CC. Id say pick Janna if you want to counter AOE ults.

But hey thats just my opinion. I wont give you minus because you putted a lot of effort into it but I can neither give you plus because I dont like how you think about Janna (no offense).
