You need to correct the issue of stacked UNIQUE passives in your item build.

not starting machete is a horrible idea.

You have 2 tenacity items. These are UNIQUE passive effects and do not stack. I would recommend changing the boot upgrade to ninja tabi for jungle/gank survivability

Please, just split up the runes, masteries, summoner spells and the pros+cons please, they do not hang that much together to put it all in 1 chapter.

Also, your text is rather white and blocky, I recommend using more coding like titles, pictures, colours and/or borders.
It will make it a much more attractive read ;D

And finally:
It is nice and all that you added a skill order part, but please explain all skills individually aswell please, it will make a newbie understand more what each spell is about.
