Hi! I'm a Teemo main with almost 200K mastery points. The new update makes attack speed Teemo disgusting to play against, so I just wanted to share the build I derived from TheRainMan, one of the greatest Teemo mains I've ever seen

Runes

The runes I've picked out utilize Teemo's attack speed and lifesteal. With these runes, you should start each game with about .84 AS, and it only increases from there. Every kill gets you about .04 more AS, which doesn't seem like much, but it stacks up.
