In lane, you ideally want to put pressure on the enemy ADC through your superior range and W. Remember maximise poke damage with passive procs (your next auto on a slowed target does increased damage).

Constantly use E to track the enemy jungle's position and provide your team with valuable intel.

Once you hit lvl 6, you becone a very strong initiator. Call jungle for ganks and land your stun(R) on the enemy ADC for free kill.

You are (mostly) the main initator for your team. Catch targets with your ult and pick fights when advantageous to your team. HOWEVER, save your ult when there is a strong assassin (e.g. Zed, Katarina) on the enemy team.

Position safely behind your tanks. Ashe lacks mobility and once she gets caught by the likes of Jax or other bruisers, it's hard for her to survive.

Constantly watch objectivea (Dragon, Baron) with your E. Ult cooldown by now should be short enough for you to fire more freely.

Many people underestimate Ashe's late game DPS. Ashe has one of the strongest sustained DPS late game. Maximise it by constantly kiting away from bruisers while keeping an eye on enemy assassins so that you won't get caught by them.
