Its best if you just do blue firts because a lot of amumu ganks depends on mana,so be careful of getting your blue stolen if the enemy jungle is smart he will do it because that can destroy your early ganks i mean yes you can use q and e in ganks if low mana but what if you need that extra tear to kill him but you didnt have enough mana.

ganking with amumu is not that hard but watch for your mana.

so lets say your not feed and are actually losing and getting out jungeld basically then just go for some deffens items like zz rot portal and some hp/armor items, lets be honest dmg is not gonna help you.
