Is true that Sejuani all skills include ad but she still have dmg even though she don't use any AP item,plus she have great slow(well skarner is much better),you should give her frozen mallet, and i prefer learning permafrost on lv2 is better :D

I would like to see a section where you explain why you picked each item. In my opinion, the Rabadon's Deathcap is a bit waste, since her ap ratios are horrid. Personally I tend be more cliché and build a Trinity Force, which gives her all the stats she needs i.e. movement speed.
