Introduction

Hey guys. I am Draog and I been playing LoL for a while now about 6 months now. I can't say that I learned the game completely yet. Still I got lots to learn and become a very good player.
However I thought to try and make a guide and see how it goes. I do not knwo how to make a fancy looking guide with those, tables, icons etc but hope it helps anw. I'd like your thoughts, from more experience players and maybe my guide would help some summoners too :)

So here I am waiting for your critique :)

Pros / Cons

Pros

- Great ganking
- Tanky
- More slow and team speed boost with Randuin's and Shurelya's
- Enough AP to do damage.
- Movement speed to chase and more effective ganks
- The pig wont sleep during battle, easily

Cons

- Not enough Cooldown Reduction
- Doesnt do that much damage
- Not as durable as other tanks.

Runes

Mark of Alcrity

I took Alacrity Marks because after playing my first couple matches with Sejuani, I found her auto attacks pretty slow. I also thought that her auto attack it'd what slows the enemy with Frost. So the faster she could hit again the lesser the chances were for the frost to be removed from the enemy.

Seal of Resilience

Armor Seals for jungling. Less damage from physical damages is always helpful when jungling.

Glyph of warding

Magic resist form more tankiness against mages. I use Warding glyphs because thats what I have. I would try Glyph of Shielding, for per level magic resist if I had the chance. Why not.

Quintessence of Fortitude

Chose this because thought it would help scale Northrend winds a bit for better jungling and surviving with that extra health.

Masteries

0/22/8

- I take improved Smite and Flash.
- I put full points on movement speed slots because I believe it helps as a jungler.
Charge in faster, chase your target. being faster than your target you get the chance to keep up to hit him slow him down for your teammates to catch up and kill.
Also it helps moving through the jungle faster as your are always in the move.
- +2 points on gold per kill/assist. Thought it would be good for early game. If you have successful gank kills/assist it would help you get your items faster as you might sometimes be spending time waiting in brush to gank and then not happening. Or your jungle gets messed up by the enemy jungler. (You can make your own modification to the mastery tree, like putting the gold points to the +20% buff duration like most jungle masteries have and +1 to reduce incoming damage by 2, or CDR, up to you.)

Skill Sequence and Abilities

W-Q-E-E-E-R-E-W-E-W-W-R-W-Q-Q-R-Q-Q

Frost (Passive)

Sejuani's basic attacks apply Frost, reducing enemy Movement Speed by 10% for 3 seconds.
The reason I picked Alacrity Marks. The faster you hit your enemy the more Frost would be applied to your target.

Arctic Assault (Q)

Sejuani charges forward to deal magic damage and apply Frost to enemies. Sejuani stops upon colliding with an enemy champion.
    - Can use Arctic Assault in various ways. The main use is to charge your enemy champions. - You stop at the first champion you hit but it applies frost to nearby enemies too, including minions you would pass through.
    - Can be used defensively, as an escape mechanism. Run through walls, dash away if you are being chased.

Northern Winds (W)

Sejuani summons an arctic storm around her which deals magic damage to nearby enemies every second. Damage is increased against enemies affected by Frost or Permafrost.
An ability similar to Shyvana's Burnout. Though remember it does not give you speed boost. I play Shyvana very often and I did use Northern Winds to escape with the speed boost :D
Northern Winds benefit from your Health. 2% of you health as damage. SO the more HP you have the more damage this ability will do.

Permafrost (E)

Sejuani converts Frost on nearby enemies to Permafrost, dealing magic damage and increasing the Movement Speed reduction dramatically.
I just love this ability. It can make great damage with enough ability power if you want.
It has a big damage area which if your target is affected with frost and flashes you could still slow him down that extra percentage.
The tricky part about Permafrost is that it only affects Frosted targets. So if you jungling and you just autoattacking on wraith, Permafrost will only affect that wraith. If you want to AoE with it, you should charge in first with Arctic Assault and use Permafrost right after.
    Same when charging enemy champions.
I often find me using this ability when defending turrets. I charge the minions with Arctic Assault, Norhtern winds and then I permafrost asap and minions just die. This is more effective thought when I get some Ability power.
Remember, enemies will not get affected or take any damage if they are not affected from Frost. Don't waste mana over it. Use it wisely.

Glacial Prison (R)

Sejuani throws her weapon, stunning the first enemy champion hit. Nearby enemies are stunned for a shorter duration. All targets take magic damage and are affected by Frost.
Sejuani's great ultimate. Great in team fights. Especially if you are teamed up with other AoE damage dealers.
I happened to team up with a good Fiddlestick. In teamfights he used his ulti coming from brush and then with my turn I use my Ulti to freeze them and keep them as long as possible in Fiddlestick Ulti. One of the great combos I played with Sejuani so far. Well ofcourse we happened to understand each other with Fiddle and timed our ultimates.
However you dont be afraid to use your ulti if you trying to a escape from a gank chasing you, even if there is only one and you think you cant escape. Also use it to save teammates on the run.
Also useful when ganking of course when enemies try to escape.
Try to use it as effective as possible.
You can say, it is a semi skill shot, because you can miss with it. I have miss with it a couple times. It can pass through two enemies and hit none.

Build / Items

I start with cloth armor and 5 health potion for jungle. The usual stuff.
Then I take Boots of Speed for ganking. If you feel like you are lacking gold and need more health regen or mana regen you can go for the Philosopher's Stone first then the Boots of Speed.
Afterwards the Kindlegem. +200 Health + 10%CDR. More health more damage for my Northrend Winds and some CDR.

I tend do buy Mercury's Treats more than Ninja Tabi's. Ninja tabi's can be an alternative for Mercury's Treads as you have the cloth armor already and you prefer some cheaper boots and mroe armor.
Also you can buy Soul Shroud first then your complete your boots.

I chose Soul Shroud because of the decent amount of health it has, mana regen and the cooldown reduction for me and my teammates. I could go for Shurelya's Reverie but I got stick with Soul Shroud because it works for me. More health and I get to keep the Philosopher's Stone longer for extra gold.

3rd Item: Then I make my way to Rylai's Crystal Scepter. I may buy Giant's belt > blasting wand. Or Giant's belt and Warden's Mail and complete Rylai's then, depending on the situation.

4th Item: Randuin's Omen. Health, Health regen, Armor + unique passive + unique active for more CDR and even More CC.

5th Item: I take some Magic Resistance. Either Banshee's Veil or Force of Nature. Depending how much magic damage the enemy does.

6th Item: we complete Guardian's Angel for more AD and magic resist.

Alternative Items

Instead of taking Kindlegem, you could take Heart of Gold for even more extra gold. Complete Shurelya's Reverie instead of Soul Shroud. Remove Souls Shroud completely.

3rd Item: You could take Road of Ages instead of Rylai's Crystal Scepter. With full bonus, you will get same AP, bit more health and more mana + everytime you level you restore 250 health + 200 mana over 8 seconds.

4th,5th and 6th items could be anything.

- Thormail if you are facing heavy AD enemy, this would be great choice.
- Force of Nature for heavy Ability Power.
- Guardian's Angel if you die alot or want more Armor and Magic Resist at - the same time.
- Warmog's Armor for even more Health.
- Frozen Heart for Armor again and CDR and Mana.
- Sunfire Cape Armor + Health + Passive AoE Damage.
- Both Road of Ages and Rylai's Crystal Scepter for more Ability power.

You can go so many ways.
Choose what works for you or what your team needs. Experiment.
They dont have to be in the sequence I placed them. Totally up to you.

Closing

This is what I could thought of now. Spent all night doing this.

I will try to improve the guide and add a lane build/guide too if I get the chance to lane more with Sejuani.
I dont know how long it will be till I get to update the guide, like big updates, probably not soon. I will try and visit it often and make small changes if I learn something.

I hope the guide will turn out helpful for some summoners.
I know there are lots of other builds out there, better even, but U hope it will help in anyway.

Would like to hear some opinions about the guide from more experienced guide creators would be nice :)
Any constractive criticism good or bad is welcome :)
