Hey dude, nice guide. I was reading the first few lines and i saw that you said "I suck", and that you want feedback. Well the thing is... this build is unorthodox. Of course sometimes this kind of stuff works, like Ap 
Taric or Tryndamere. I didnt have the chance to actually test your build, but my opinion is that it is super situational. Overall i play sejuani as tank initiator, taking advantage of her cc and tankiness rather than her damage output. Check out my Sejuani guide, you might find it helpfull :) and again, nice guide!
