Pelikins, I wouldn't exactly use mobafire to make a ranking guide.
As told earlier, it's still a work in progress, and I play normal draft - i won't deny that.

I don't play aggresively with Sejuani. I push to the middle of my lane, and then I fall back a bit, so I won't get ganked by the enemy jungler.

And I have to disagree on the attack speed. Her passive is still one of the best slows in-game. I only took those 16% attack speed, so I could hit a little bit faster, so I could slow them with my E. I take these items for a reason, it's not just for the health, nor the active passive ability. I have encountered some teamfights, where I had to pop the 40% movement speed, so our AD carry, support or mid player could turn around and disappear, while I kept slowing them down.

These are the items I use, for a single team combination, to counter the other team. If I were to counter an other team, I would proably go with something else.
As said, this is still a work in progress.

I still need to make an AP-counter guide, and loads more.
I simply used 15 minutes to explain, and making this guide. If I were to put more time into it, it would be more "appropiate" to your liking.
This was a guide made for the stun-combo, I have going with some of my friends.
-Wether you want to like or dislike it, this guide suits my team perfectly.

And I still have to disagree about the top lane comment. I can harass most players with Sejuani, because I know when to use what, and how, and know quite alot about the ones I lane against.

PS: I forgot to write, that I some times take a if I lane against an AP user - whom I can harass as much as I want.

Just because you beat some random pugs (maybe not even level 30 in some normals doesn't make this a good idea or a good build. You talk about running WW as your jungler, ashe as your AD carry and Lux mid...none of those are top tier champions so I know you aren't playing in the high ELOs...Plus you can't just bring one comp to rank matches time and time again because you WILL get counter picked into oblivion.

I know that a good Pantheon Renekton or Wukong (all popular top laners) would eat this build up for a free win. I am an avid top laner who understands the stats, picks, and counter picks for that lane. I'm telling you, flat out, that Sanjuani does not have the tool kit or the scaling to be a viable top laner. Whether you want to accept that or not is up to you...

I even forgot to talk about your AS runes for a champion that has 0 affinity with AS...

Keep trying, I won't discourage that...but there is a lot about this game you've yet to learn...

First off, Sanjuani should be in the jungle, that's the ONLY place she can be on a team without being a liability. You also can't put her in a solo lane because she gets shredded due to having 0 sustaining power in her kit. You come top lane against anyone who knows what they are doing and you won't stand a chance, especially running a Doran's Shield.

Secondly, your runes are not good... In order to make %hp runes better than the /level variety you need to have over 3888 hp for the seals. Your build does not. It doesn't even have a Warmog's Armor... That's not to mention that your armor value is pitiful without armor seals and your hp regen it pitiful without hp potions so you WILL LOSE top lane against any physical fighter that can play properly.

That's not to mention that Sanjuani scales horribly with farm compared to the other farmers in the game such as Cho'Gath Nasus Irelia Singed.

So this is what you gain verse what you lose...

Pros:

You get a very very tanky top laner that has a decent ult and can slow

Cons:

No damage
You can ignore her in a team fight (her ult is the only REAL value she brings and you get that no matter where you put her)
All you have to do is spread out slightly to make her ult mostly ineffective.

This is what you could have instead by picking a real top laner:

A tough fighter that can solo most carries and still survive focus
A steady stream of hard disables
Someone who can WIN top lane, push over a turret for early gold, zone out the opponent and keep them from farming
A champion that scales well in both survivability AND damage

There is a minor bug on the health percent runes and build on mobafire, so you're quite wrong on that part. So far, i only got one +1.5% health quintessence, and I managed to get over 3700 health (can't remember the exact number).
My deals 36 plus an additional 74 damage due to my health - that gives me 110 damage per. sec, and with it deals 50% more damage. That gives me 165 damage per. sec, and we're not done yet! Ta-da! We even got a that deals 35 per. sec. Now we got 200 damage per. sec, and I got my auto-attacks wich deals 115.
-BUT! I'm not really the one who needs to deal damage, I just need to slow them down, and do some damage.

And on your , and subject:
I have yet to lose my lane. I know it might sound strange, but if my lane is to be lost, it's end game, never in early game have I lost my lane, not even in mid game, sorry.
-And I have been up against some of the worst laners, such as: , and even - I actually managed to take down a .

And I have yet to face a team, that has been able to bring me down.
My score after 30 minutes are most likely to be: 5/1/15, winning my lane, help bot lane and get the turret in mid lane.

Sorry to disappoint you, mate, but my build is quite a winner. :)
