FIRST OF ALL I am not lvl 30 so that means that I have not experimented with runes so I left that part open. What you want most is attack speed runes and some attack dmg runes.

Both builds for the champions are identical except for what kind of boots you buy.

Well I'm a noob in the build department but recently I've been using this build. Basicly I try to get sword of the occult maxed out as possible. So this means those of you who aren't that good at finishing off aren't going to do that good on this build (unless you get a massive amount of assists). To be more clear this dps build is dps/little health build. Because dps without any health sucks *** am I right? I soloed 3 people with this build and killed all of them and survived with enough to run away. While using this you have to I mean have to try to finish off the champions or try to assist as much people as you can. So thats it I know I repeated alot so yeah FINISH PEOPLE OFF!!!

PS : I did not finish the skill sequence because I honestly think that it is the type of player that counts on what skills you choose. If your an aggressive/harasser then try to max out vorpal blade and judgment ASAP.
