looks good what you did here.
Try Exhaust instead of Ingite, it brings you more kills and you just cripple a tryndamere when he comes charging at you.
For jungling you can also use Dodge instead of Armor runes. But you should definetly take magic resist glyphs to finish off the specters on low lvl.
Also try Wits End in your build, it is really complementary to Shyvana's skills.
Look at build 1 and 3 Masteries, you missing two points there ;)
