I'm not sure a third gold item is needed (kage's lucky pick or HoG). Also Morello is a bad item imo. You should try playing with Zeke's. It doesn't really benefit you, aside from the cd and health, but it's really nice for you carry. I also think you should get gold per 10 quints, I think they work nicer with supports. You might wanna get summoner's wrath for the improved recall, I suggest 1-8-21 masteries for most supports. You ought to get your Q at an earlier level as well. Level 3 or 4 even would be much better. As for the guide, you might wanna look into layout a bit more. Rather, when choosing Soraka, you must look at your team comp as a whole - do your other team members have enough damage, tankiness and CC?
