JUNGLE OLAF IS ONE OF THE STRONGEST PEOPLE IN THE META RIGHT NOW AND I WILL TELL YOU WHY.

3: HE IS TANKY. YOU HAVE SO MUCH HEALTH IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY, AND YOU HAVE A FAIR AMOUNT OF RESISTS AS WELL THANKS TO THE PASSIVE ON YOUR ULTIMATE. ACTIVATE YOUR ULTIMATE AND HAVE A FREE GET OUT OF JAIL CARD TO GET BACK TO REAMING YOUR ENEMIES A NEW ONE.

OLAF HAS TWO VERY VERY -VERY- GOOD PROCS COMING FROM THE TIEMS AS A PART OF THIS BUILD, THAT ARE EASILY ENOUGH TO PROPEL HIM INTO COMPLETELY BROKEN STATUS. LET'S TAKE A MOMENT TO TALK ABOUT SYNERGY HERE.

OLAF HAS A MASSIVE BOOST TO HIS ATTACK SPEED AND HIS LIFESTEAL AS PART OF HIS W. COOL. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR YOU? SIMPLE.

THE FASTER YOU SWING, THE MORE THINGS DIE. AND WITH DEVOURER, BOTRK, AND TITANIC HYDRA, YOU ARE NOT ONLY SWINGING VERY VERY FAST, YOU ARE ALSO SWINGING IN A VERY WIDE AREA OF ASSAULT, AND EVERY OTHER STRIKE IS APPLYING EACH OF YOUR PROCS FROM BOTRK AND TITANIC -TWICE-. THIS MEANS YOU ARE LITERALLY SHREDDING EVERY SINGLE BIT OF THEIR PRECIOUS BRUISER'S HEALTH EVERY TIME YOU SWING, AND THERE IS -NOTHING- THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT. ABOUT THE ONLY THING THAT STOPS YOU IS THORNMAIL, AND WITH SPIRIT VISAGE, THAT STOPS MATTERING.

STALKER'S DEVOURER IS VERY IMPORTANT, BECAUSE STALKER MAKES YOUR ENTIRE KIT A HILARIOUS PERMA-SLOW KIT THAT DOESN'T ALLOW ANYONE TO ESCAPE. DEVOURER IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE IT MAKES YOU SWING FASTER, DOES EXTRA MAGIC DAMAGE PER HIT, AND GIVES YOU DOUBLE PROCS EVERY SECOND HIT.

FOR BOTRK, THE MAIN BENEFITS ARE CLEAR, YOU GET HP% SHRED ON EVERY SINGLE SWING (DOUBLED EVERY SECOND SWING), ATTACK SPEED, LIFE STEAL, ATTACK DAMAGE, AND AN ACTIVE THAT SLOWS PEOPLE EVEN MORE. THIS CONTRIBUTES TO THE PERMASLOW THAT IS OLAF.

FOR TITANIC HYDRA, THIS REALLY SHOULD SERIOUSLY BE A NO-BRAINER. YOU GET A SOLID AMOUNT OF HITPOINTS, YOU GET AREA ATTACK, YOU GET A SOLID AMOUNT OF ATTACK DAMAGE, YOU GET SOME HEALTH REGEN (WHATEVER YOU WON'T NEED IT ANYWAYS), AND YOU GET AN ACTIVE/PASSIVE THAT SCALES DIRECTLY OFF OF YOUR HEALTH. LET ME REPEAT THIS. -SCALES DIRECTLY OFF OF YOUR HEALTH-. THIS IS ON A CHAMPION THAT IS ENTIRELY 100% BASED ON NOTHING MORE THAN ATTACKING PEOPLE VERY QUICKLY AND VERY VIOLENTLY, AND ALSO HAVING A ****TON OF HEALTH AT THE SAME TIME SO YOU ARE UNKILLABLE.

NOW FOR THE LAST TWO ITEMS, THESE TWO ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE.

DEAD MAN'S PLATE GIVES YOU ARMOR, AND NOT ONLY THAT, BUT ALSO GIVES YOU MOVE SPEED, SO YOU CAN MOVE IN AND KILL EVEN FASTER, SYNERGIZES GREAT WITH GHOST AND YOUR ULTIMATE BECAUSE THE ULTIMATE PREVENTS DEAD MAN'S PLATE PASSIVE FROM GETTING DEACTIVATED BY SLOW/STUN SPELLS. IT ALSO GIVES YOU MORE HEALTH TO POWER THE TITANIC HYDRA'S PASSIVE.

SPIRIT VISAGE IS ALSO VERY IMPORTANT, BECAUSE IT ALLOWS YOU TO HAVE EVEN MORE LIFESTEAL ONTOP OF WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE, ADDS MAGIC RESIST FOR ANNOYING AP CARRIES THAT MIGHT SHOW UP, AND ALSO GIVES YOU EVEN MORE HEALTH TO POWER THE TITANIC HYDRA. THIS ALSO DIRECTLY COUNTERS THORNMAIL, BECAUSE THORNMAIL DEALS MAGIC DAMAGE AND THIS RAISES YOUR MAGIC RESIST AND GIVES YOU MORE HEALING.

EARLY GAME, THIS CAN BE CHALLENGING, BECAUSE REALISTICALLY, YOU CAN ONLY KILL SOMEONE 1V1. LET ME RE-STATE THIS FACT, -YOU CAN ONLY KILL SOMEONE IN EARLY GAME 1V1-. THERE ARE VERY FEW CHAMPIONS THAT CAN OUTRIGHT OUTDUEL YOU, AND IF THEY DO, IT'S BECAUSE OF SOME FAILING ON YOUR PART OR ON YOUR TEAMMATES PART (FOR FEEDING THEM), AND NOT BECAUSE THEIR CHAMPION CAN CONCEIVABLY TAKE ON OLAF.

LET ME REPEAT THIS, BECAUSE IT IS IMPORTANT. -ALMOST NO CHAMPION IN THE GAME CAN 1V1 OLAF AND COME OUT ONTOP, EVEN IN EARLY GAME, BECAUSE OF HIS PASSIVE, HIS W, AND HIS R.-

MOVING ON TO HOW YOU SHOULD START JUNGLE. YOU SHOULD ALMOST ALWAYS START AT GROMP, TAKING W AS YOUR FIRST. THE REASONS WHY SHOULD BE OBVIOUS, AND DON'T NEED TO BE EXPLAINED. THE ONLY REASON WHY YOU SHOULDN'T START AT GROMP IS IF YOU ARE AGAINST A SHACO JUNGLER, IN WHICH CASE START AT BLUE BECAUSE YOU DO -NOT- WANT HIM STEALING YOUR BUFF.

TAKE Q, AND POSITION YOURSELF SO YOU CAN THROW THE AXE OVER AND OVER AND PICK IT UP EVERY TIME YOU THROW IT IMMEDIATELY AFTER THROWING IT ONTO BLUE BUFF. THIS WILL SPEED YOUR CLEAR CONSIDERABLY.

NEXT UP, IT REALISTICALLY DOESN'T MATTER WHERE YOU GO, AS LONG AS YOU HIT LEVEL 3 FROM IT. THEN GO AND GANK MAYBE, DEPENDING ON IF THEY WERE STUPID ENOUGH TO PUSH LANE, OR IF NO LANES ARE PUSHED, GO BACK TO BASE AND GET STALKER'S BLADE, AND DON'T WORRY ABOUT BOOTS, YOU NEED GOLD FROM JUNGLE FARM MORE THAN YOU NEED TO GO FAST AT THIS POINT.

FROM THIS POINT ON, USE COMMON SENSE. GO GANK WHERE IT IS APPLICABLE TO DO SO, AND FARM THE **** OUT OF JUNGLE WHEN IT IS NOT APPLICABLE TO DO SO. THANKS TO HOW RIDICULOUSLY FAST YOU SHOULD BE GOING, YOU CAN PROBABLY DO SOME COUNTERJUNGLING PRETTY EASILY, ALTHOUGH AGAIN, DO IT ONLY IF IT COMES NATURALLY, DON'T FORCE IT.

WHEN YOU HAVE GOTTEN YOUR BOTRK AND YOUR TITANIC HYDRA AND YOUR DEVOURER SATED, YOU CAN NOW TAKE ON GROUPS OF ENEMIES AT THE SAME TIME. DO SO. ENGAGE AND INITIATE FOR YOUR TEAM. THAT IS YOUR JOB, YOU ARE OLAF. YOU ARE NOT ONLY PROBABLY THE TANKIEST PERSON ON YOUR TEAM (UNLESS TOP IS TANKY), YOU ARE ALSO PROBABLY THE MOST DAMAGING MEMBER ON YOUR TEAM TOO.

FROM THIS POINT ON, YOU SHOULD BASICALLY START MELTING ANYONE YOU COME ACROSS, AND IF YOU DON'T DO THAT, YOU'RE DOING SOMETHING WRONG.

OBJECTIVES - NOT JUST FOR RTS ANYMORE

IF YOU AREN'T PUSHING LANES HARD AS HELL THE MOMENT YOU HAVE THE MAIN 3 ITEMS OF YOUR BUILD, YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG. YOU CAN CLEAR WAVES RIDICULOUSLY FAST, AND PUSH LANES RIDICULOUSLY FAST. ANYONE WHO ACTUALLY DECIDES TO POP OVER AND CHALLENGE YOU IS, MORE THAN LIKELY, GOING TO DIE HORRIBLY BECAUSE OLAF IS A BEAST 1V1, AS STATED EARLIER IN THIS GUIDE.

BUT KEEP IN MIND YOU ALSO HAVE A VERY LARGE RESPONSIBILITY TO CARRY YOUR MORE THAN LIKELY BAD BRONZE TEAMMATES, SO DON'T SPEND ALL YOUR TIME SPLITPUSHING. I MOSTLY DO IT WHENEVER THERE'S A LARGE CREEP WAVE AND THE IDIOT VAYNE ADC WHO INSISTS THAT SHE IS A PLATINUM SMURF SHE SWEARS GUYS EVEN THOUGH SHE'S GOING 0/3 DOESN'T PING THE **** OUT OF IT AND THREATEN TO GO AFK IF ANYONE TAKES THAT MINION WAVE.

DRAGON AND BARON ARE ALSO IMPORTANT. PLOP A WARD DOWN THERE WHEN YOU GET THE CHANCE, DEPENDING ON HOW LONG THE GAME IS GOING AND/OR HOW MUCH YOUR TEAM IS GETTING WRECKED. SUPPORT SHOULD BE DOING THIS JOB, BUT LET'S BE HONEST, WHEN'S THE LAST TIME YOU ACTUALLY SAW A SUPPORT DOING THAT JOB? YOU ARE OBVIOUSLY THE FIRST LINE OF DRAGON KILLING AND BARON KILLING, AND WITH YOUR FULL BUILD AT LEVEL 18, YOU CAN SOLO BARON AND EASILY SOLO DRAGON AS WELL.

TEAMFIGHTS - THIS PART IS ACTUALLY REALLY EASY

TEAMFIGHTS ARE REALLY REALLY EASY, BECAUSE 90% OF YOUR TEAMFIGHT IS GOING TO BE "CHARGE AT THE ADC/OTHER SQUISHY AND MAKE THEM PASTE", LIKE MANY OTHER JUNGLERS. UNLIKE MANY OTHER JUNGLERS, YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH THIS GOAL WITHOUT EVEN REALLY TRYING VERY HARD BECAUSE YOU HAVE A TOOL TO IGNORE CC. ACTUALLY KILLING PEOPLE IN TEAMFIGHTS IS LITERALLY SLAMMING W AND Q AT PEOPLE, HITTING E AS FAST AS YOU CAN ON THEM (BECAUSE WITH HOW FAST YOU ATTACK E IS ALMOST NEVER GOING TO BE ON COOLDOWN), AND WAIT FOR THE RIGHT TIME TO USE R.

THE RIGHT TIME TO USE R IS ALWAYS A GOOD QUESTION, AND MOST OF THE TIME, WHEN FACING INEXPERIENCED TEAMS THAT DON'T KNOW A THING ABOUT OLAF, YOU SHOULD USE IT JUST BEFORE YOU STRIKE THEIR ENEMY LINES OR WHEN THE FIRST CC HITS YOU. GOOD TEAMS WILL RECOGNIZE THAT YOU CAN JUST IGNORE THEIR INITIAL CC BURST, SO IDENTIFY THOSE GOOD TEAMS FROM THE START, AND DO NOT USE YOUR ULTIMATE UNTIL YOU ARE SURE THEY ARE ABOUT TO USE THE FULL BRUNT OF THEIR CC ABILITIES ON YOU. OTHERWISE, YOU'RE WASTING YOUR TIME. ALSO, MAKE SURE YOUR TEAM ACTUALLY KNOWS YOU ARE GOING TO CHARGE IN, BECAUSE THERE'S NOTHING WORSE THAN CHARGING IN AND YOUR ENTIRE TEAM IS IN THE BACK ROW RETREATING BECAUSE THEY ARE TERRIFIED OF YOUR WAR CRY.
