You need a lot of work on this guide. IF you leave it as a wall of text, noone will even read it. Read jhoijhoi's guide on How to write a guide. BBCoding and color can get you a long way. I am never a fan of snowball items, but i guess it can work.
I also think you should overall explain your choices more in-depth, and maybe add a chapter about what to do while in lane or during a teamfight, as well as some more viable items (, , etc).
I won't vote, but i will be back to see any changes you make.
