Hello everyone! This is my first Sion build, and the best you can find. ^^ Sion is one of my favourite heros, cause it's fun to play etc. So, in this build I tried to build Sion as a AP laner. I'll update the guide periodically, enjoy!

As runes, I choose armor penetration marks, AS seals and glyphs and HP quintessences. With those runes you become unstoppable right from the beginning. I found HP quintessences VERY useful in early game. AS glyphs and seals work pretty well in my opinion playing as Sion, because you don't get too much attack speed from your items, that's why I found it useful. ArP marks increases your auto-attack damage roughly. :)

As masteries I use 9/0/21 combination, which works the best. With these masteries you get alot of CDR and some nice mana and hp regen + little AP. You also gain a little movement speed, which makes you chase enemies easier.

I start up with Doran's Ring, which is safe and good starting item. Afterwards I buy Boots and Sheen cause of mana and AP. You also get great passive, which is very useful lately. I buy Boots of Mobility which increase your movement speed roughly while not fighting. I buy Lich Bane early, cuz of burst damage, mana, and magic resist. Next I buy Morello's Evil Tome which is pretty cheap and good item for Sion, mana regen/5 sec isn't bad plus either. You also get CDR which makes you kill enemies even easier. Buy Abyssal Scepter for Magic Resist and MR reduction in this part of the game. Deathfire Grasp for even more CDR and some nice active skill, also mana regen/5 sec is very useful. As a last item I get Nashor's Tooth which roughly increases your AP and AS. I use this build to lane forever which is just awesome and to kill easily enemies. :) With these items, your CDR will be 40%, which is just ridiculous.
