You should buy boots on your first bluepill or maybe even start off with boots. Not buy boots as an item after wriggles. Why?

It speeds up your jungle as much as wriggles does, moving from camp to camp faster is essential and without boots you won't be able to gank effective.
You should also consider FoN for obvious reasons.
