And i thought it was a great solo top lee sin guide i play lee sin in the jungle mainly but I tryed this out and it was great
Summoner's Wrath should be in the core cheatsheet. Since you show Ignite (whether or not you get it every game doesn't matter), match up your masteries with your summoner spell selections. That way if a reader takes your build directly from the cheatsheet, they'll have the best setup.
Summoner's Wrath just for ignite really isn't worth it imo. I prefer to just get some more last hitting power and leave Summoner's Wrath unless I get Exhaust for some reason.
You might want to get a couple more points in Resistance since Vigor and Indomitable aren't really the strongest masteries. I'd scrap Vigor since Lee's lane sustain is already pretty ridiculous even with nothing but Safeguard / Iron Will.
This is something I could change yeah, there isn't really much alternative in those early tiers since most masteries there are pretty bad
Your alternative 21/9/0 setup isn't bad, but I'd go with something like this instead if you want some CDR. With Atma's Impaler, Lethality isn't as useless as you make it out to be, not to mention the free AD/lvl is nice. Vampirism is a weak offensive mastery anyway and can be easily sacrificed if CDR is more beneficial.
Good points, I'll have to try it out. I do really like Vampirism though as it does help out quite a bit in the early game when you've only got a couple levels in W and only like a single Doran's Blade.
Quicksilver Sash needs to be in your situational items somewhere. I also think Hextech Gunblade is a weak pick. I don't know why you'd ever build it instead of Bloodthirster.
Agreed, only put the gunblade in there to fill up a spot make it look better to be completely honest and it's still an okay choice I guess. I actually just forgot about QSS
Wriggle's Lantern anywhere? I didn't look for it thoroughly, but it's a pretty dang good option for solo top if you're against a tough AD. Sometimes you might not be able to get the upper hand in your lane. If that happens, Wriggle's makes you very difficult to push out of lane or harass enough to kill. The free ward helps too for ward-jumping and map awareness.
With all the nerfs to Wriggle's Lantern I really don't feel like it's worth getting anymore. It's more more efficient just getting 2 Doran's Blades and start building your main build from there. I always keep a ward on me in case of emergencies anyways. There isn't any situation where I get Wriggle's anymore. If I find myself in need of more armor I'll just buy an early Chain Vest and build it into an Atma's Impaler later on.
No Teleport? It's not exactly a core choice, but I think it definitely warrants a situational mention. As a solo top, teleport is a huge asset for your team as you'll be able to enter fights anywhere on the map within a couple seconds. Also makes it extremely easy to hold your tower and you can easily set up ganks for some easy kills that you might have missed out on. It doesn't fall off late game either, as you'll be able to teleport to join a team fight if you were split pushing or back at base. I suggest mentioning it as an option if you can afford to drop another spell. Usually I'd go Ignite/Exhaust - Flash, but teleport can work well too.

Not sure if I'm a fan of the randuin's. You have 240 armor and 66 MR. Not exactly ideal against a balanced composition. Have you considered an MR item instead? Maybe Maw of Malmortius, or just go more offense with Infinity Edge?
